In-Store Pickup:

Items are available for pickup at either of our two Tucson, AZ locations. Simply select the location of your choice on our shipping options menu during checkout, and you will be notified when your order is ready.  At the time of pickup, you must provide a government issued ID matching the pickup name on the order, as well as a copy of your confirmation email. It is recommended that you forward your confirmation email to whomever you choose to pickup your order if you decide not to pick it up.

Shipping restrictions:

Items that are bulky and/or heavy might have additional shipping charges assigned to them and do not qualify for free shipping. Most items are labeled as such on their product pages on the web site. If not, we will call you once we have received the order to let you know what the additional shipping charge will be.


We only ship internationally via UPS International.

The web site automatically charges $65.00 USD for international shipping & handling. Once shipping costs can be calculated, we will charge the credit card the actual cost plus a $5.00 handling fee. If this amount is more than $65.00 we will contact you before we proceed.

You are responsible for any and all import duties, fees or taxes. In the case that the shipper/carrier charges the Summit Hut for any import duties, taxes or any other fee related to your shipment, you authorize the Summit Hut to charge your credit card for the amount billed to the Summit Hut by the shipper.

General Shipping Information:

  • Most orders will ship within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • We ship Monday through Friday at approximately 1 PM Mountain Standard Time.
  • If you order online, we will send you follow-up messages to keep you up to date on the status of your order.  To make sure we are able to deliver status information, please provide us with an accurate e-mail address during the checkout process.
  • Please keep in mind that if you receive a shipping notice via e-mail after 1 PM or on the weekend, your package may ship the following business day.
    NOTE: Package tracking is not available until package is picked up by the shipper and entered into their tracking system.
