Description
Mountain Hardwear has utilized the new Cross hub pole structure in the Viperine 3. The brow pole is integrated into the front arch with a hub on either side of the front entrance creating one four pronged pole which comprises the main structure of the tent. The payoff is a nearly vertical door, excellent vestibule space, and a dry entry. The Cross hub tents have steep walls that maximize usable interior space, excellent strength to weight ratios, and an easy to pitch design. The Viperine 3 is a light weight backpacking / camping design.
