The FC ECO 4.0 GTX is so environmentally thoughtful that it won the Backpacker Magazine Editors' Choice Green Award for 2010! Over the ankle protection creates a stable load bearing upper that is anchored to the 2mm polypropylene reinforced recycled dual density midsole. Ideal for harsh, rugged terrain or a tough day commuting in wet or muddy conditions, this boot was even used by a Backpacking Magazine editor to climb Switzerland’s 13,474-foot Mönch!
