Description
The Rap Hanger from Metolius gives the "gotta have it" security of a stainless anchor, and the versatility of lowering directly from said anchor. A grey powder coating minimizes the visual impact of the hanger on similarly colored rock faces.
Features
- By feeding the rope directly through both (minimum of two) Rap Hangers, the climber can rappel or be lowered without using slings or biners.
- 3/8" bolt hole (fits 3/8" bolts or 1/2" full sleeve bolts).
- Clip -in point accommodates 2 carabiners & rope.
- Minimum breaking strength is 5,000 lbs. in shear / pullout.
