Author: Erica Arvizu: Erica has been working in and out of newsrooms for the past five years. Her passion for journalism and Spanish, as well as an itch to see the world, made her the perfect fit for this venture. Traveling solo through Argentina for this guidebook has given her the travel bug, and this is hopefully her first of many jaunts abroad.
Author: Page Buono: After graduating from Western Washington University’s journalism program, Page bounced around the U.S. for a bit before landing an internship with the United Nations Refugee Agency in Uganda, where she spent nearly a year working with and writing about refugees in and around Uganda. After co-authoring this book, she decided to stay in Argentina and is now living on an estancia in Northern Patagonia, drinking obscene amounts of mate’, riding horses, and learning more about los gauchos while plotting her next move.
