Summit Hut Price Matching
The Summit Hut is committed to providing great gear at a fair price. If you find the same product (same size, color, season, etc.) that is in-stock and available for immediate purchase and delivery, we will match the price of the item.To make your price match claim, please email us at [email protected] or call us at 800-499-8696. Provide us with the link to the matching website's product and we will respond to your request immediately.
Details:
- You have 7 days from your purchase date to let us know about the lower price.
- Price Matches will only be valid on identical items (size, color, season, etc.) and must currently be in-stock both in our warehouse and at the competition.
- We do not match "Program Discounts" that include but are not limited to: membership discounts, coupon codes or club prices specifically available to you on the matching website
- Only the price listed on the matching website's page will be considered for matching.
- Products must be new and currently in-stock on the matching website.
- Price matching cannot be combined with any of our other discounts.
- The matching website must be an authorized US online retailer for the product. Auction sites do not qualify. The matching Dealer must be listed on the Vendor's website
- We will only price match once per line item on your original order.
- Refunds will be issued in the same form as the Original Payment Method.
- Price Matching does not apply to electronics, software or climbing gear.
- In Store Price Match requests must be accompanied by an original receipt.
