Our primary goal is the satisfaction of our customers. We pride ourselves in making sure you are prepared for your next
adventure. Whether it's a morning hike on a local trail or the mountaineering trip of a lifetime, we want you to have the best time possible. A huge part of that is having the right gear, so if you are unhappy with your item, for any reason, you may return it for an exchange or a refund.

You do not need prior authorization. Please make every effort to include all tags and packaging with your returned items. Please do not ship shoes in their display box. We recommend using a traceable and insured carrier to make your return. Include a copy of your receipt and a note letting us know if you would like a refund or if you would like an exchange. If asking for an exchange, please specify exactly what you would like us to send back to you. The Summit Hut is not responsible for product lost or damaged in transit back to us.
