Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your item, for any reason, you may return it for an exchange or a refund.

Our primary goal is the satisfaction of our customers. We pride ourselves in making sure you are prepared for your next adventure. Whether it's a morning hike on a local trail or the mountaineering trip of a lifetime, we want you to have the best time possible. A huge part of that is having the right gear.

To make a return please follow these steps:

  1. Fill out the Return Form included in your original packaging.  If you no longer have it, please include a note with your Name, Phone Number, and what you would like us to do.
  2. Repackage the items you need to return or exchange.
  3. Ship the package back to us to the address below.  We recommend using a trackable and insured carrier.  We are not responsible for items that do not arrive or arrive damaged.

We process most returns the same day we receive them.  After processing, we will mail you a receipt.

Please make every effort to include all tags and packaging with your returned items. Please do not ship shoes in their display box.  If asking for an exchange, please specify exactly what you would like us to send back to you.
