TERMS OF USE OF SUMMIT HUT GIFT CARDS

Your purchase or use of a Summit Hut Gift Card constitutes your acceptance of these terms.

Summit Hut Gift Cards may be redeemed only for merchandise, rentals, and services, and only at Summit Hut stores. They may not be used for phone, mail order or online purchases.

A Gift Card is not a credit card or debit card. If the amount of your purchase exceeds the value on the card, you will have to pay the difference at the time of purchase.

A Gift Card may not be redeemed for cash or resold. It may be returned for a refund of a remaining balance, but only upon presentation of the card and the original purchase receipt.

Summit Hut is not responsible for loss, damage or unauthorized use. If a Gift Card is lost, stolen or damaged, Summit Hut will terminate the card and issue a replacement card for the value remaining at the time of replacement, but only upon presentation of the original purchase receipt. Note that if a card is lost, stolen or used without authorization, the value remaining at the time of replacement may not be the same as the value that was on the card before it was lost, stolen or used without authorization.

Gift Cards expire five years after issuance, or, if a card is reloaded, five years after the last reload. After expiration, a Gift Card may not be redeemed, returned for refund, reloaded, or replaced.

You may check your card balance at any store.

Summit Hut Gift Cards are the property of Summit Hut, Ltd. They are offered, provided and redeemed only in Arizona. These terms are governed by Arizona law, and exclusive jurisdiction and venue for legal proceedings relating to these terms or any Summit Hut Gift Card lies in the federal and state courts located in Tucson, Arizona.

Summit Hut, Ltd. reserves the right to change these terms.
