The company name, Sabaku, is the Japanese word for "desert". The beautiful sounding word was chosen because it describes where the company resides and its love for the place, its history, its peacefulness, its lushness and even its searing temperatures. Sabaku's designs reflect its environment.
Sabaku is proud to pay close attention to service and the details that set its designs and garments apart. They use only the best quality 100% cotton items. Most garments are printed front and back and are tagged with information related to the history of the design.
All T-shirts are designed by native Arizonan, Nancy E. Lenches, who went into business with her husband in 1988.
