In 1993, Kevin Daniels introduced Fixe hardware to the US, with the goal of supplying anchoring systems designed specifically for climbing. As climbers we take for granted that the bolts and anchors we clip into will arrest a fall. Anchors help dictate the mental and physical characteristics of a given route. Whether bolting by hand, on lead, from the ground up, or on rappel with a power drill the anchors we install help make climbs unique and memorable.
